At Quill & Quip, we want you to love your tee — unreservedly, the way you love a book you'd press into a stranger's hands. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

We offer refunds for:

• Items that arrived as someone else's order entirely
• Damaged or defective products that arrived worse for the journey

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase, which is a reasonable window by anyone's measure.
